GrayBrook Construction is deeply rooted in the love and inspiration drawn from our children, Brooklyn and Grayson Ferry. Their vibrant personalities and unique interests have shaped the essence of our company and serve as the driving force behind our commitment to excellence.


Brooklyn, our eldest at 20 years old, resides in Maine, passionately pursuing her career in cosmetology. Her creativity, dedication, and attention to detail inspire us daily, reminding us of the importance of skillful craftsmanship and the pursuit of one's dreams.


Grayson, our energetic 9-year-old, is a bundle of joy with a love for learning. He finds delight in constructing intricate Lego masterpieces, exploring the mysteries of the Titanic, and cruising around on his bike. His boundless curiosity and zest for life infuse our work with a sense of wonder and excitement.


It is with immense pride and gratitude that we name our company after our beloved children, Grayson & Brooklyn (GrayBrook). Their namesake symbolizes our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and the enduring relationships we aim to build with our clients.

Meet Jacob

The driving force behind Handyman/Remodeling. What started as a hobby quickly evolved into a full-time passion, leading Jacob to make the bold decision to leave his corporate career of 15 years behind. With a strong commitment to family, Jacob ensures that his wife and two children always come first in his life. Sports, hunting, and venturing into the wilderness with no cell service are among his favorite pastimes. These activities not only provide relaxation but also fuel his creativity and passion for craftsmanship.

Meet Briana

Briana serves as the office manager at GrayBrook Construction, playing a crucial role in keeping daily operations on track. As Melody's right-hand gal, she manages everything from scheduling client appointments to crafting engaging social media content, ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Briana’s organizational skills and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the team. Outside of work, she enjoys life in New Braunfels with her husband, their daughter, son, new baby boy, and two affectionate greyhounds, embracing the busy yet rewarding life of balancing family and career.

Meet Alex L.

As a Tile Specialist for GrayBrook Construction, Alex brings a wealth of expertise and passion to every project. With an eye for detail and a dedication to quality, he's committed to delivering stunning results that exceed expectations. But when the workday ends, Alex's focus shifts to what truly matters most: his family. You'll often find him alongside with Shelley, and their son, Ty, at the baseball field. Ty's talent on the diamond is undeniable, and Alex's heart swells with pride whenever he talks about his son's achievements,

Meet Alex, one of our trusted project lead supervisors at GrayBrook Construction. With a keen eye for detail and years of experience, Alex takes charge of coordinating some of our larger kitchen, bathroom, and home remodels, ensuring that each project runs smoothly and meets our high standards. Outside of work, Alex serves as a local pastor, dedicating his time to his faith, community, and family. He is a devoted husband and father of nine children, balancing his responsibilities at home and work with care and dedication.

Meet Stephanie

Stephanie is more than just a friendly face; she's a dynamic force of creativity and determination. With a background rooted in make-readys for rentals and house flipping, Stephanie's journey in the world of construction and design has been nothing short of inspiring.

A true do-it-yourselfer at heart, she thrives on challenges and finds ingenious solutions to every problem that comes her way. But Stephanie's talents don't stop there. As a full-time mom to a teenager, she's a master juggler, effortlessly managing a schedule filled with band practices, sports events, and club meetings. Despite her busy life, Stephanie approaches each day with boundless energy and enthusiasm, always ready to tackle whatever comes her way.
